Thank you to all who posted replies to my question about finding a gunsmith to restore the front sight of my Trooper to it's original configuration.
I have been in contact with Gunnar Christensen of Armco and we are discussing the project.
If this forum is about shooters sharing knowledge and resources with others, it has done well by this newbie.
