So, I re-did the stock for myself, I'm a lefty and I wanted to be able to shoot sillouette with the old girl. raised the cheek piece and slimmed the grip area, got rid of the front end of the stock and slimmed it up. pillar bedded it and the skim bedded it, skim bed mostly just for fun, filled in the big blocky hole for the bolt handle and made it nice and tidy. did a textured paint job. I did the trigger spring mod and adjusted my clip and made it feed shells smoothly. I also made a steel spacer under the trigger guard so it sits flush and epoxied it in place. (not sure why I went this route, mostly to try the new plasma cutter, I guess hahaha ) added an oversized bolt handle and voila, my eggroll is complete. had fun with this project. thanks again to everybody on the NS522 thread. and ya the eggroll can shoot. I'll post pics. sometime.
