I recently purchased a firearm from Freedom Ventures and accidentally broke it! Totally my stupidity and no fault of the gun! I contacted Freedom Ventures and they graciously agreed to repair the gun for free, both part and labour with myself only paying shipping costs. I just got the gun back in perfect working condition.
