Canadian-made .308/7.62x51 blanks. Fun, but no real collector value. Shooters might be interested in the strippers.
 
The stripper clips with the single tit on the edge are Canadian for 7.62x51/306. The other ones shiny with the two tits on the edge are probably Czech for 7.92x57.

The blanks aren't overly valuable, but if you get a dummy rifle grenade and a rifle to launch it off of they will provide more smiles per bang than just about anything short of full auto.

Definitely DO NOT use these blanks for firing grenades. The blanks in the OP are noise making blanks used to simulate SA fire and are loaded with a fast burning powder. Grenade blanks are made specially for discharging grenades and are loaded appropriately.
