This is how all businesses should run:

Placed an order with Budget Shooter Supply yesterday at 2:31pm.

CanPar contractor's van pulls into my driveway today at 10:30am or so.

That's 20 hours from start to finish.

Package weight was 7 lbs, Canpar delivery charge was $13.48 from Surrey to the Cache Creek area.

Service doesn't get any better than this. Thanks, Henry!

My Pleasure! I like to treat customers the way I expect to be treated when I buy from someone. There is no excuse for bad customer service.
Canpar is an excellent company to deal with too.

Thanks for buying!

Regards, Henry

Had a package land today aswell 2 items i could not find together at any other retailer really happy with with selection and service.

But what really will have me comeing back is the confiration emails they send

I've been giving budget shooters a lot of business lately, outstanding service. Wish he would take credit cards for on line payment.

I can get much of what I need locally in terms of reloading supplies, but I've had to deal with Budget Shooter Supply on several occasions. I can't say enough good things about Henry, his company, and his customer service. I've put several of my fellow gun nutz on to BSS, and they were as happy as I was. Thanks Henry, you are a joy to deal with.

Paw bought me one of their octagonal brass rifles in 45 long colt for our anniversary a few years back.
It was well made and shot well but I could hardly walk after dragging it through the bush all day and it was too front heavy to aim well for someone as light as me.
We sold it off after 1 season.
100% for looks and workmanship and that Henry action was like melted butter in a hot skillet.

???? Talk about being off topic! Henry you are a great guy to deal with.

Would you be willing to pay an extra 3% on your purchases for that privilege? Credit card companies hose small businesses with their fees, so many small companies won't deal with em. Makes sense to me. This is one of the reasons you can usually get a deal with your mechanic, furnace repairman, ect by paying cash - no credit card processing fees with cash.

I kinda like the EMT: instead of paying with my Visa, then transferring $, I just take the funds directly from my "guns" account.

I had a small restaurant. While my wife and I took home a bit of money the credit card companies made about 25000 a year on us. I I am happy to pay less with an emt and have Henry make more.
