I sent a scope into Korth that I thought had issues.
Asked them to call me if for some reason they need to replace the scope.
And they did.
Mentioned that the scope checked out fine and this particular model dint have a
whole bunch of adjustmint.
Told them to send it back as if there wasn't anything wrong with it, then it's mia culpa.
They elected to not send it back and did indeed send me a new scope.
I had to wait a bit, but I telly yew what..........no complaints from me on the wait.
Replacing a non broken product yells volumes at me.
They have a customer.
