Well I have to say I am impressed with Leupold. I ha a problem with a vari-xII 2.5-8, I sent it away and within 2 weeks they sent me a NEW VX-3i 2.5-8X36mm. Now I just have to get it zeroed in. I am also in the market for a new set of binos, I know what brand I`m buying.
 
Pretty quick turnaround and have also been impressed with their service. Prefer Leupold optics myself.

If they are sending a new scope to replace an old scope and no inventory.............is it not worth the wait?
I sure wouldn't complain.
 
Korth is excellent, if they can fix it they will, if they need to replace it they will, if its in stock they send it out right away, if not they sometimes wait for their monthly shipment from the U.S. which of course takes longer. Its worth the wait. If its a warranty issue, Korth will make it right... period.
 
I sent a scope into Korth that I thought had issues.
Asked them to call me if for some reason they need to replace the scope.
And they did.
Mentioned that the scope checked out fine and this particular model dint have a
whole bunch of adjustmint.
Told them to send it back as if there wasn't anything wrong with it, then it's mia culpa.
They elected to not send it back and did indeed send me a new scope.
I had to wait a bit, but I telly yew what..........no complaints from me on the wait.
Replacing a non broken product yells volumes at me.
They have a customer.

But then agin.........ymmv

Sent a scope in Bushnell yesterday too.
Had a bit of a conversion with the rep there.
We'll see how he handles my old B&L repair or replacement.
He let me in awnna sea-kritt too.........................................................:cool:
 
I am not complaining. The scope in question is a vari x lll 6.5-20x40. I looked at a coyote and the the coyote was blurry. Brought to my Sail store and they found other issues with it so they decided to send it to Korth. All good things come to those who wait I guess?Not a patient man by nature. I am like a child at Christmas waiting for things
 
Just spoke to the Korth Group yesterday and they confirmed Sail's story. They said they received the scope on Feb 23 and that they are waiting for Leupold to send the suitable replacement scope. I was starting to question if Sail ever sent in the scope but I was assured by Korth that they did receive the scope. Korth answered all my questions
