Expect to see this vapourize

I don't believe in vaporizing someone's post if its critical of us, especially if its delivered respectfully. I believe that you have a right to criticize us if we deserve it, and I give you my word that criticisms are paid attention to and used to try to make the company better and more efficient. We care about the industry, our customers, and their experiences. This is an industry we chose to join as employees, and invest in as owners. Believe me when I say that we're 100% receptive to constructive criticism.

I will correct your above comment to state that JohnOne is retired, no longer holds shares in the company, or a position within Marstar. The management decisions are made by myself and my partners, and do not include previous management.

I appreciate your contribution to the thread, thank you for taking the time.

JD2000, there was a longer explanation of the controversy in our Back to Marstar Thread that I made when we returned to CGN. Thank you again for taking the time for positive feedback.
My best,
Payam

I recently had an order fulfilled by Marstar without issue. Turnaround and shipping were quick.

Some people just want to complain. Ignore the trolls.

I've used Marstar for many years now and not ever had an issue with anything, one time they forgot a part on my order and they shipped it out asap
They have gone over and above and even catered to some specific things for me and for that they will always get my business :)

I'm saving up for a Pedersoli muzzleloader from these fine folks. It's nice to see someone still carrying such fine firearms.

I saw post#9 and actually it was nice from 1ABNDT (thanks btw) to intervene as some comments were definitely useless and not needed!

Marstar is one of my favourite dealers, I bought my Star 30M and 2 norinco pistols there, always excellent customer service and products are as advertised, no hidden damages or BS, also Payam is great to find spare parts hard to find, so I don’t know why is all this crap on them, if you don’t like it just don’t buy there

Thanks as well, got a bit of a scare with a “Partially Refunded” headline until I opened the email and saw the shipping correction.
Sight should do well, I’m very happy with the one from the previous order.

I find it stupid when people praise a vendor for getting them exactly what they ordered and paid for as if that is somewhat unusual. That is just me and I am a grumpy Dane... However I ordered my first order with Marstar recently one evening and as I am cheap and patient I picked cheapest shipping option. It still showed up less than 48 hours at my house. That is surpassing my expectations and deserved praise which I heaped in an email directly to them. Again well done Marstar I will be back.

I had the exact same reaction and I was really happy to get over $14 refund in shipping....
