I just wanted to say thanks for the great service. The Chaparral Win. 1866 is great. You were fast to ship and the order was well packaged. I wasn't expecting the carry case *bonus :)

I am glad I got the brass receiver instead of the blued I was originally going to get. Looks great in person !
I could only be happier if it came with hand engravings ;)

very nice indeed...congrats for yr new rifle!
in what caliber you have this jewel ....45LC or 357mag ?
It's a 357 mag.
I want to be able to shoot those nice cheap .38 special rounds.

But while buying some ammo the gent at the store said he like to use .357 brass and reload like a .38 special. That way you have better stronger brass and could load the .38 round a little hot without worrying about the case. Now I don't know if I should buy .38 spec rounds or .357 mag.

That rifle looks sweet, Marstar really needs to have better pictures on there web site. I have been wondering what the wood stocks look like, you cant really tell from there pics. Looks like a very nice rifle!!
