Got it & mount from USO direct , have found them good to deal with .

yeap , a M40A1 build , about the ONLY non standard , is I will be using a one piece Badger trigger guard ( instead of using a chopped Win M70 guard ) & threading the muzzle for a suppressor .

Interesting. I contacted USO direct to purchase one of their scopes, different model, and they told me no, cannot sell or ship to Canada. But it seems good for you in NZ? Maybe their policy changed? I should contact them again.
