I ordered a Remy 700 SPS TAC AAC-SD from the great folks at SFRC. Told 'em I was heading down to the range this Sat and would love it if I had the rifle to shoot with. They couldn't guarantee anything but sure enough, the rifle showed up two days later!

Thanks guys! Awesome service as usual and thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions in a timely manner. Makes a huge difference on determining who gets my hard earned $$ and you guys earned every penny. :)
 
You got lucky. I will never order from those guys again. I ordered an NEA-15 from them. My first issue with them is that they put through and charged me for 2 rifles. I called them to inform them of this, and no one answered, so I left a msg. Nobody called me back, so after a few days I called them again. They took off one order. They were not giving me updates on the progress of my order so I called the RCMP to see if the transfer was complete. It was, so I called SFRC to see if they had shipped it. They said they were waiting conformation from the RCMP and would let me know in the next few days when they would ship it. Heard nothing from them. So I called them back.. they said they got confirmation and would ship it the following day (Friday) cuz they missed the pickups for the day. By Tuesday I still had not received a tracking number so I called them back. They said they just got confirmation as of the Monday and missed the shipping pickups and would ship it the following Day. To cut the story down a bit, I received my registration from the RCMP before I got the rifle from SFRC. Will never order from these guys again. They answer the phone 50% of the time and dont respond to emails.
 
I've had issues with several of the orders I've made with them but they always made things right. They always answer emails. They will continue to get my business.
 
We always answer the phone during business hours. What you and others sometime experience isn't us not answering, it's the call beeping thru when we are already on the line and going to voice mail.

Unfortunately it can get crazy in here around the end of the week and it appears your gun got caught up on that when it was shipped. As I've posted here before, we don't ship firearms without confirmation that the transfer has been approved. Just because someone calls and tells us its been approved doesn't mean it has been. We've had people in the past fax us fake transfer notices. I'm not implying you were doing this, we just have to cover our end as well.

I find their communication great. I've order a couple of rifles off them. The site automatically sends updates when ever something is done with your order. My transfers have been quick. First order later in the day I noticed a price reduction, sent them an email. They immediately discounted my order. They've always answered my email and the phone the couple times I called to add something to an order. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. Honestly I've had very good luck dealing with a number of the companies that have forums here.

You can't please all the people all the time. No matter how good you are, someone will find something in how you do business to get pissed-off about.
In the years I have been placing orders with SFRC I have NEVER had a reason to complain about the service and the time it takes to receive them.
Take your business somewhere else, but be warned. You might find it hard to find the ammo for that toy you have somewhere else.
 
I've ordered online from SFRC and have done in-store pick ups as well. Never an issue, great folks to deal with. That being said, snafus can happen anywhere and its just how it goes sometimes.
 
Great to me so far...Could be just one of those things that happen every once in a while..No malice intended I am sure..
 
Only ordered from them once and defiantly will in the future. Last time i ordered 3 boxes of ammo and a holster. They didnt have the exact holster i wanted but called me and told me so. Offered some extra ammo for the problem. Couldn't be happier.
Now as soon as they get the steyr l9 in, they will be getting another order from me!
 
SFRC is friggin' awesome. I've ordered mags on Wednesday and had them arrive Friday. I don't think I've ever waiting longer than a week for a gun either.

I find a gun that I want, and then I wait for SFRC to get it in, and order it from them. Top notch service and they always send updates on order status and shipment very quickly.
 
Order from sfrc a few times, sometimes it gets here within a week other times within the month. Regardless the prices are un beatable most the time. Patience friend, we're all in this together.
