I'm going to say "yes", however...
I haven't completely memorized the USPSA rule book so if something slips by me don't get too upset. Range lawyers can GTFO.
This match is meant to be a fun shoot. A chance to get out of the house for a few hours on an otherwise hectic weekend.

Now if u choose to shoot with a monkey tied behind your back ...does that negate the 2 rules just mentioned?
