The 2009 CGN Gopher Shoot "Project" (or why I am Proud to be a Gunnut)

I just want to add that the pics were taken by Chris Di Armani, editor of the NFA's "Tactical Journal". You would not believe the positive response we have gotten from this small gesture. HMMMMM and all these years I thought I was a small child eating Ogre......lol

Well, to your defence, this doesn't mean you DON'T eat children!! The tears of joy just serve to tenderize the meat!! :D;)

Gotta love when the guys get together to take care of one of their own.

What happened to the burned out little .22? Does someone still have it? Could be mounted so that the little man never has to give up his first rifle.

I'm proud to be associates with fellow CGN members. I was at Greg's house last nite for his daughter's birthday party with my family (I live 2 houses down and have known Greg for a number of years now) when he and then Dominic informed me of what CGN members that were at the Gopher Shoot did for his son.

LOTS OF CLASS GUYS !!!! Good Job !!

My new 22

Sorry about my absence from this thread. I just recently learned about it. I would like to thank everyone who has helped Dominic out with this. He couldn't believe it when it was presented to him and he has been telling everyone about it.

Thanks again everyone for making Dominic's day. We will be out next year again!

Now about that trailer replacement suggestion... LOL

Greg

Quality of folks

Yes the quality of the folks is high here. These guys did a great job here.

Yes the kid is a sniper on the gophers. I was amazed at how well he shot. That why he proclaimed himself "Dead Eye ####" to his grandfather on that shoot! Lol.:D

Thanks again to everyone.

Greg
