Just rebuilt the trigger on my 40x 222 Rem Mag, so I had to run some loads through it to ensure it was working properly.

Looks like it still works ok. Now I just have to find more 50 gr V max bullets. - dan

Sear wasn't being reliably held back, cleaned it up and honed the angles slightly. Those 40x triggers don't take much to be excellent really. - dan

Nice job. I usually take the little three screws out, pull out the trigger sear connector, polish it and clean the whole thing and re-assemble. I agree, they are great triggers.

I've got a 6x47, cooper, model 21, I thought, I bought it of struff55, not so sure now, very accurate rifle, it punches dime sized 5 shot groups, at 200m, with flat base 60 and 75 gr bullets.
had a .222 mag Sako l46 for a while, 30 plus years ago, struggled with ammo aviability, went back to the vixen .222
Must be a few .222 mags around as brass isn't to bad to find.
I am currently looking/pricing a 5.6x50R barrel for my K95, kissing cousin to the .222 mag

The 222 Rem Mag is an excellent cartridge... never got it's due credit.

Is it not the parent case for 223 Rem?
