I got my McRees Precision Stock with a 5 and 10 round mag. Still need to figure out how I want to paint it. Over all it feels very good. I have it all adjusted to fit me. this thing is SOLID! Scott and Kathleen McRee were both excellent to deal with, Thank you both.

I will be up dating this thread with my impressions after shooting with it.

Paint????

Unless you're going hunting with that thing, PLEASE do not paint it! Keep the raw aluminum look!

Looks very cool!

Or, send the stock to get anodized? It would look good anodized black to match everything else.

I like the look of that chasis system. Others trap the action/barrel and seem like they be a pain to remove the action for maintenence or cleaning of the barrel. This system seems to not have those issues. Any contact info you could post or a website would be appreciated. Good luck with your new chasis, I look forward to a range report soon!

Looks good as is. As said earlier, unless you like the camo look or something of the sort, I'd clear coat it or have it anodized, if its going to be a paper puncher or gong ringer.

He's from UT.

File the paperwork, add 150$ to the price and I think you too can buy it =)

If it's raw aluminum I'd anodize it, or powder coat it. Do not paint it!

It'll also oxidize if you leave it like this.

so jealous, i might just have to go and import one of those. I was looking at them last year and it appears they've done another revision since then. That folder on a savage action with a 20" barrel is calling my name!
