I think you were a bit under gunned. That monster only flew about 10 feet. G with a 50 BMG and you'll get a Bang, zoooooooooooooom, spinnnnnnnnn, bounce then flop.

Yeah, it hunched down all ready to charge just before you shot.

That's a really good video BTW. I've being seeing lots of other's lately that are so crappy and fuzzy you can't even make out the animal.

Yup Momma, that's my handiwork. Thanks for the complement on the video, but it's nothing special. I film with my digital picture camara. It has different modes of video that I have been playing with. Some good, some not so good. This one turned out alright. He was a bit over 50 yards, so I couldn't zoom in any more, I maxed it out.

And yes, I feared for my life. He was eyeing me up as I set up the tri-pod, and got really angry when I loaded the rifle. He about had it when I told him the gopher from Caddy Shack was a pansy, then I turned the camara on.
