Here are a few of my PH 303's and a 308 1100 lightweight
Parker hale No1 Supreme
Organically a BSA 1917 SMLE III*, FTR 1953 ?/53 FAZ, then to PH, original 1916 barrel, rifling in mint condition.
I believe this to be a 1960 ish production as it has a solder on front sight.
This rifle has the M24 PH scope base and PH rings
Soldered front sight PH marked
Parker Hale marked the actions with a PH, some stamps are not so nice as this one, some are half a PH.
Originally a No4Mk1* Long Branch 1942, sold to PH
I think this is a late production No4 supreme, The front sight is mounted wit two allen screws and not parked PH on the left hand side.
Front sight
Side view with classic PH front sight hood.
PH logo butt plate, Thie rifle had a logo'd butt plate, but many do not.
The top is a No4 mag, modified to be removed like the lee speed rifles before PH. The Bottom is a No1 mag made after market for the MkIII rounded edges, stamped "Made in England"
In general the wood id very simple, some examples do come up with a very nice wood grain.
i.e. This is a PH 1100 light weigh in 308 win with a Pecar 6x45 scope.
The rear sights were replaced in the 80's with sights from Williams on this model.
