I bought a 7600 Carbine that I absolutely love. It fits me perfectly and points quickly and cycles like butter. The only thing that bugs me about it is the fore end rattles on it. It rattles if you shake it. It rattles when you grab it. Is there any way to fix this? Where I hunt, shots are usually between 10-30 yards and I'm sure the deer can hear your heart beating, and would certainly spook at the rattle of the fore end. Just wondering if any of you shucksters have a solution for this.

Any advice is welcome.

Kindest regards,

If it's brand new I would take the gun back and either have them fix it or replace the gun. If you feel like tackling this yourself there are youtube videos on how to replace the o ring. I've had countless 760's and 7600's since the late 70's and never encountered this problem. Recently picked up (again lol)a 7600 30-06 carbine myself. Cheers Bac4
