So apparently i cant just pick up a lower to "keep in the safe" I ended up jumping right in and building this up. Still waiting on a few items to show up in the mail but it's pretty close to done. Can't wait to hit the range in a couple of weeks.

No probs. If you bought that rail (Sweet rail BTW) brand new, it should have been in a sectioned plastic pack with the barrel nut and screws.
 
It was purchased new from a vendor on here and the package indicated it was included but it wasn't in with the sealed package. Either way the price I got it for I don't care much at all. It's one awesome piece of aluminum
