The Anschutz,Cooper,Sako,Walther,Krico,Weihrauch...You get the idea, picture thread!

Nice guns gentlemen.
I wish I would have kept my BSA International and Anschutz 1403 Biathlon.
I liked them but in a moment of weakness I sold them last one (BSA) was after my heart problems and things looked bleak.
Anyone know tow to tighten the barrel on a lite barreled BSA Martini?

I have a hard time doing that good with a scope! LOL

Did get a new toy to try that challenge with. The first 22lr 1727F with a 18" heavy barrel in Canada. Have to give Brad at Nordic Marksman a huge thank you for this one! Talley rings are in the mail. Will look better with the lower/lighter one piece rings.

Nice!!!

I just realized that the .22 cal version of this was available! Now I need one to sit next to my 17HMR......but unfortunately, my gun budget for this year has gone way over than I had planned.

Curious to see how it shoots, but I doubt there would be any disappointment!

My first Anschutz, a 1710 D HB Classic Meistergrade. My poor photography skills cannot do this rifle justice. It is stunning.

Here's my Schultz and Larsen M61. I got it from Tradex, and believe it probably fits here, even though it's not as nice as a lot of the others in this thread. Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, I should try to take some better ones. It's a single shot, dual locking lugs on the bolt, and the trigger is the 1.5 oz version. I'd like to refinish the stock, but I don't want to remove the shooting club sticker on it. It doesn't really show in the pictures, but the wood looks like it would clean up really nice.

Here's the first 10 rounds out of it after I got it. No real rest, just leaning on the side of my truck, and on the low flyer I sneezed. Stupid hay fever. I have to get to the range with it and try it with some good ammo off a set of bags to see how I do. I'm sure the gun will be way more accurate than I can shoot.

Sako Quad Range

DIP Rail came in. Mounted up a Nightforce F1 in ATRS rings and added an Atlas bipod. Pretty sweet setup for Gophers in the spring.

What at a Beauty! I have been looking for one of these for awhile now, please tell me where you found it. Better yet if you know where another one can be found :)
PM me if you prefer.

Despite still being saddled with a cheap air rifle scope from my Diana Model 45 the 1827 still continues to impress.
Shot about 60-70 gophers today, some at distances usually reserved for my .17hmr.

Wow, what a find! And for the price you mentioned is like winning the lottery. Congrats!

Thanks deckerhead. Unfortunately I no longer have that rifle. But on a more positive note, I traded it for 1 of 2 that I'm aware of in Canada Winchester Model 52 stainless.

I've also been looking for one of these, it would make the perfect practise rifle for my TRG. let me know if you get any info please.

I was thinking the same thing, great trainer for the TRG :)

I had my local dealer check with his distributor, and apparently they had a couple available. But the price was going to be around $2300. This was about a month ago. I ended up buying an Anschutz for considerably less instead :)

That's too bad, I was hoping around $1900-$2000 range considering they are going for $1500 in the states. Maybe I can find a used one down there for less and import it. Either that or wait till our dollar comes back...

What Anschutz did you go with? I might go that route if I can find one that is somewhat close to the Sako Range/ TRG stock. I don't know much about them yet as I am just looking into this. All I know is there seems to be a LOT of variations.

I just picked this up off the EE from a very nice gentleman. He even delivered it too me.I can hardly wait to scope it and get out and shoot some groups with it.
Its a Anschutz Match 64,not sure on the year it was made.I'm over the moon ecstatic to finally be able to purchase an Annie, makes my Cz's look like low quality firearms.

I ordered the Anschutz 64 MS R from Nordic Marksman. It is supposed to arrive Thursday. Depending on how the stock feels, I might order a Boyds Pro Varmint with adjustable cheek piece for it.

Did you get your 64 MSR yet? Impressions?
I think you will love the stock on it. Its really well suited for many different shooting positions/disciplines.
I bought one as well.

Word of warning on the Boyd's Pro Varmint. Even though they say it's for a 64 action, it is for an early sporter. It requires a LOT of inletting to make it fit. The barrel channel is really small, the tang has to be moved back about 3/16" and the trigger area needs to be opened up. I just put an original production 64MSR in one and it was a chore.

Yes I received the rifle a few weeks ago but haven't been able to try it out yet due to my work schedule. Hopefully be able to sight it in this week :)
Fantastic rifle though, very happy with my purchase so far.

Great info thanks. You just saved me a lot of work and expense. I don't have a mill yet and would have had to pay my gunsmith to do it.
I may just install an Anschutz rail in the forend and a sling stud at the back of the silhouette stock that came with the 64 MSR. It's such a nice stock I would hate to mark it up in the field :(
