I do. Both the Colt and S&W use AR lowers that can be interchanged with different uppers. As said by HK, these are proprietary lowers that WILL NOT interchange with different uppers. This should be treated no differently than the Mossberg Tactical or SR22 IMO.

Correction to myself. These are MADE by walther but IMPORTED by Umarex
 
Guys...I already know...it's restricted (the rifle version). You can only have the 10 round mag as the 20 and 30 are prohib due to a pistol version taking the same mag. I'm presently importing one right now. Too bad...I'd love to have bought it local instead.
 
too bad these are like the colt 1911 22's they are not made by hk even in the slightist detail they are made bu umarex usa under license with HK, same as the colt gold cup 22 is made by walther under license by colt usa

Imported by Umarex...but made by Walther in Germany. This distinction needs to be made (and repeated often) as Umarex does make an HK416 airsoft rifle. They're not the same.

Not sure about the S&W M&P15/22 but the Colt .22 M4 lower is not interchangeable with different uppers and it is restricted as an "AR variant."
 
Quick Google search and it seems the S&W lower can't be fired with different uppers (though apparently they will fit, just not function).

Sorry, guys... don't mean to be a Debbie Downer but just want to try and make sure we don't lose sight of the gun laws in this country. I'm hoping somehow it's NR as well! :)
