The Arms East BM ACR Thread.

Usually 7 days to AB. Canada Post began padding estimated ship times a couple of months ago, I guess reduces possibility of shipping refunds if they do take longer.

Got mine dressed up to play, now I just need to work a heavy load for the 1-7 SS NR barrel. My 77smks with 22gr varget with CCI450primers and Rem brass, were only good to 1.1moa@100yards.

Icedragonmx, Thanks for this. I have the same barrel, Varget and 77SMK and 77 Nosler too. All I need is time. :( Look forward to hearing your progress!

I think I will be trying the 77gr SMKs and 75gr Amax first before the 80gr SMKs. I think a new powder charge is in order first before giving up on the 77's. They might like to go faster! ;) 1.1 was the best of the first day, not even started on the reload testing yet!
 
I got my barrel back from Bits Of Pieces, will take her out for a test drive this weekend hopefully.

I went with the Lantac Dragoon brake myself.
 
All said and done, it came in way less than one of your competitors who is also offering NR barrels. Thanks again and looking forward to testing it out!
 
It's hard to make out the red dot, and even harder to make out the target sheets, but I had two stacked vertically (second target to the left, next to the target with the three Canada Ammo target sheets), and there are 4 target circles on each sheet.

Remember, I'm a pretty crappy shot, and I was shooting with a 2moa red dot with 3x magnification. Not to mention I'm not using the most precise method to measure my group but here it is, best group of the day produced with 69gr SMK:

I'm fairly confident with more magnification and a finer reticle, the rifle can do better.

I'm pretty happy with the barrel.
