I'm interested in getting one but would like to hear from CGNers who have a complete AT15.

Are they worth the price re: reliability, accuracy, and construction?

Cheers

yes I'm interested in the same. Custom made in Alberta ya! A 300 black out 9.5 inch is in my future. After a 50 cal it'll seem cheap.

I don't own full AT-15 rifles, but I do have 3 of their lowers on builds and handled a lot of their finished rifles. Quality is among the best I've seen anywhere, but yes, they are very expensive. Value is in the eye of the beholder.

i bought one of the very first lowers from the first batch, custom colour and custom serial number..... frankly i am impressed with the quality, fit and finish on my gun. would order from again no problem..... actually bought a custom .308 with nxs scope off him around te same time. very helpful with the build, and he didnt push parts on a guy....

I have 2 builds around their lowers - best ambi lowers I've shot or handled - tons of features that should be standard on every high end lower and mate tighter then hell with LMT, KAC etc high end uppers. they are expensive yes but buy once and theirs no reason they won't last you a lifetime.

didnt care for their uppers just because they have nothing over other high end uppers and canada written across the side is not worth the premium surcharge to me. also don't care for their barrel pricing, i suppose its fair for a custom blank but for my use case an LMT or DD work just fine.

Well I'm sure there not junk and they have a good rep so when I'm done my vault I'll be taking the plunge and getting a custom at15 300 blk out

Dont have the complete but did use a lower for a build.
Quality is top notch, they fit it to my upper to ensure it was perfect....being a colt IUR, you know it was....

I'll play !
ATRS full build with 14.5" bull barrel. The only thing not from ATRS is the buffer tube/spring and buffer with is from VLTOR Weapon Systems. It's a beast at 12 lbs unloaded.

.223 Wylde, so it'll work .223 or 5.56 equally well. You really need to check one of these out. They have the best fit and finish of anything I've seen yet (and the guys are great to deal with too).

I don't really see any point in their AR15 now that the MV is for sale. Cost is going to be high for either, may as well go non restricted at that price range if you're set on ATR.

It's good to see my non restricted mini14 target rifle will have some competition.

If ATRS is as good as I hear, I think your mini 14 will have more than enough competition.

I also think you are right re: price. I priced out an AT15 approx. a week ago and it was more expensive than the modern varmint NR rifle. I'll see if they can do a MV in .243....that may sway me to the MV....

The Modern Hunter is available in .243, .260, 6.5creedmoor, 7mm08, 308 win, and 338 federal. The Modern Varmint is scaled down to the .223 platform.

When I was looking for a high-end AR, I was debating between an AT-15 and a Les Baer. Ended up going for the LB. But I recently purchased a Modern Hunter in .308Win. In terms of craftsmanship both are really well made. Haven't been able to shoot the MH yet though, will probably wait until spring when the weather warms up a bit. I also put in an order for the MV, so it will be interesting to see how it shoots compared to my LB. I doubt it will be as accurate, but I will be happy if it's close.

Well its settled for me! after xmas I'll be placing an order for an at15 300 blackout. I won't be hand loading so anyone find 300 ammo on sale post it up. Feace puckers
