That is a new type 700 mountain rifle which retails for 1100 cdn$
The price seems excellent. Ask what he did to it (trigger or bed or?) and why he's selling it.
If he didn't like how it shot, and didn't bed it or drop the trigger, then it's most likely a great deal.
Some remington owners give up real quick, blame the gun, sell it.
The next guy comes along, drops the trigger weight, beds it, hand loads for it and makes it shoot.
650 is a steal imo
 
Thanks guys, hopefully i was first in best dressed... i got a tax return funny enough 3 days ago......... so worst case i buy it. and try it, then sell either Rem or T3 for around 1 g.... works for me.

i hear what you say about the rem guys buy try sell, i have a rem so i know to tinker to perfect. ;)

I have not heard from the seller since it was uploaded...

I have sent several messages, claiming I will buy it once he rings.

hopefully he is slow on checking things and I were in first?!?

well I heard back.

he is being very broad about things..... if I pick up right looks like I have myself a new rifle..

but will need it to be delivered to the Gun store for verification before I send payment obviously!

am excited!
