Is the brass from this stuff quality or throw away?

If a guy was going to buy a wack of factory ammo (.223 rem) in order to build a supply of quality reloading brass would you reccommend the 40 rd varmint value packs at walmart?

What brand? Almost all of them would be reloadable. I did this with Winchester white box, haven't even shot it all yet and am on 5-6 reloads on some of the brass.

A 1000 rnd case of WWBox 223 55 gr I bought from someone off here a couple years ago had a very obvious crimp on the neck of the brass to grip the bullet.

The marstar 400/1200 packs of the same load don't have this.

Do you guys think that crimping of the original load affects the brass' accuracy potential for reloading? All I've used so far are the former and I've gotten decent results (0.5-0.7 MOA) but I plan on trying Lapua brass next.

Lapua are good, but don't over look the Nosler brass either. They are weight sorted, chamferred and flash holes are deburred. There never seems to be a dented case mouth or anything. Good stuff, just load em and shoot em. Your gun will love you.
