There has been several threads in the past several months of more misses than hits with comms. by this company.
They sold and moved to Alberta a couple years ago.

I got a response from then like 2 months after sending any email.
But moved on to find what I needed elsewhere.

They use to be great to deal with. Maybe they are winding the company down?
