The coolest VZ-58 in Canada 😎

That stock looks sick. 'Not a fan of the huge optic tho, micro red dot would look way more sleek.

What adapter and tube did you use for the gun mate?

Every time I see that stock, I think of the Boots.

It's a lot more compact than the Vortex crossfire 2 i had before. Plus I want to reach out with this setup.

It's not a tube, but an adapter made by RS Regulate. This stock was designed for Yugo pattern AKs, so that's why the adapter was made it simulates the back of a Yugo.

Lol - hated that "craze", at least the wife only got two pairs. Would have the same question regarding the scope. Working for you OP? Any range pics to share? Looks like a pretty slick rig.

I really like the scope so far, it has high quality, clear glass and even comes with a QD mount. I literally just got it, so i haven't taken this setup to the range yet. I wanna put a fastfire on top.

Ill play:

RS Regulate adapter
Zhukov Stock
BC Tactical Handguard
CSA Magwell
CSA Muzzle Brake
Magpul AFG
Has a cheap bushnell first strike on it in the pic but now has a Vortex Sparc II mounted in the same location.

Its simple, but this setup just works SO well... this is hands down the best stock setup you can get for a VZ.

Maxwell feeds 10 rounds of 7.62 from LAR mags no problem.

Well damn, and i though i was the only one with a stock on my VZ.
I changed back to the basic VZ mags because i had a lot
if problems with AR mags, even metal LARs.
That's a beautiful VZ you got there.

I gotta vote for the VZ above with the magwell and 10 rounder mags, sweet lookin' setup! I've heard people have problems with the magwell, what's been your experience, it'd be amazing to throw 10 rounds of 7.62x39 downrange...

Coolest Vz? Probably belongs in 'red rifles'. Either way, nice guns you guys have, but I guess I'm old-fashioned when it comes to Vz rifles. I think these two are set up to be both as pretty and as as practical for their purposes as is humanly possible :)

Long one:
Special Forces brake, FAB fore-end and pistol grip, NEA ambi mag release and bolt release, Magwedge rail, Hi-Lux CMR on PEPR mount, Galil stock

Short one:
AKSU brake, FAB fore-end and grip and pistol grip, NEA ambi mag release and bolt release, NEA rail, Fastfire III red dot, AKFX stock on Stormwerkz folding mechanism

Quad rails are so 2005 ;-)

Looks nice, but let's be honest: if AKs weren't prohib, the demand for VZs would be a tiny fraction of what it is now.

I'm in:

- Zhukov handguard
- MOE SL stock
- MOE AK grip
- Aimpoint H1 with QRP
- DLASK extended magazine release
- Bolt release
- Still trying to figure out what I want to do for a muzzle brake....... Thoughts?
