No. DN and HK had that dealt with by the time they got to the 33mm rounds. The program was expensive and with the fall of the wall the program ended. The Bundeswehr did a large scale test, then it all went away.

I have had numerous 4,7X21 and 4,7X33 rounds in my collection over the years, they are still solid to this day.

The HK G-11 is one Bad Ass gun in German firearms Technology. There will be a time when caseless technology will be the norm and guns like this will be common place in the world. Woke dictators will be eating dust when these are fully available to all.
