The deep draw process?

I believe the term draw in this context refers to the shaping of metal by pressing it through progressively smaller dies.

Cartridge cases begin as brass sheets. First the brass is punched into disks. Then the discs are cupped. From that point, the cups are annealed to soften the metal, and in a series of drawing operations, the cups are lengthed.

Deep drawing is the process used in case forming. Roughly speaking deep drawing is when the depth of the draw is greater that the width of the part.
