I own and shoot many Korth revolvers, most dating from the Willi Korth days. My study of their design and construction is summarized here. At the past two SHOT Shows, I have met Andreas Weber and Martin Rothmann, responsible for a recent revival of the Korth trademark in Lollar near Giessen. They are good people, and I have nothing but high expectations of their products. Here is their 2013 exhibit; note that the top Picatinny rail is an option to the standard King-style ventilated rib. The 5¼" Sport revolver shown in this thread is one of the best handguns for informal precision shooting. But as I also collect and shoot the Manurhin MR73, I feel obliged to point out that these wheelguns have no equal for what my cop friends call social work. The MR73 was designed and built for an administrative market that formally required extreme precision and durability orders of magnitude greater than that expected from and built into contemporaneous U.S. and German police sidearms. Reproaching this working sidearm for lacking the "best gun" fit and finish of a Korth is quite beside the point.

I like the slabbed and railed barrel.
I wouldn't pay that much to buy one but I'd love to shoot one!

I like all that you guys do but the no price listed in your posts then the total erasure of any info on your site when sold is extremely annoying.
