I guess you already tried Wolverine?
Perhaps using a bank with international ‘proxy’ accounts could work? I use a certain bank with proxy accounts for business in the countries I tend to regularly visit/buy from. Allows me better exchange/transfer rates and so far no problems being accepted, even on firearm related purchases. Could provide more info over pm if interested.

Not that Im aware off. There’s also not a manual straight pull 9mm that I’m aware of either that is widely available. There’s talk of Maple Ridge doing a renegade in 9mm but that’s still not for certain, but more than likely that would use a different type of bolt than what the fx 9 has

The only 9mm manual action I can think of is the 9mm stowaway single shot that Marstar has.

If you’re thinking you can strip the bolt and barrel out of a fx9 and put it into a receiver set i don’t know of any receiver set that will accept those other than freedom ordnance.
