The Future of Black Rifles in Canada...

Here's one from yesterday. My 11 (soon to be 12) year old with an SR22 w/red-green dot sight. He had a blast (pun intended) as he consumed half a box of bulk .22.

and when he was a wee lad, he liked the Uzi and hopefully the black rifle won't end up like the Uzi

I would of done anything for my dad to take my out shooting and hunting when i was younger. But him coming to Canada from a country overrun with war, he vowed to never lift up a firearm again when he left the army back home. I on the other hand, when i have kids i am going to take them fishing / hunting and shooting as long as there grades are ok and there mother doesn't have a cow. If she does we'll just tell them were going to the library to study with our range bags lol. This thread is the best!!!!!!

My Monkey is still a little on the small size for the range (just turned 3), but he apparently has "dibs" on "the gun in the blue box"

I was blessed in that my parents always supported my love for the shooting sports - neither of them owned or fired a gun, but they paved the way for me to learn properly and in safety. I plan on doing the same with both my boys.

I've tried to get my daughters into it but at 14 & 16, they have become too preoccupied with boyz b:

Maybe I should take their boyfriends out for a "day at the range"...:ar15:

Maybe even show them my "hollow points collection" :50cal:
