Ya, everything looks good from those pics. Your extractor must not be holding the spent case on the face of the bolt long enough for the case to hit the ejector. I'm thinking the spring tension of the extractor is weak. Maybe some debris of a metal spur is keeping the extractor from holding the case on the bolt face long enough to be pulled back to hit the ejector....

That's pretty cool, bud. Well done. :)

I think it's great that people are individualizing these. They're not a big-money gun, and that allows us to take a few risks and try some interesting ideas out.

Its an Airsoft one. MP5 CYMA A4-A5 model. Ordered from HongKong.

Before others ask :

Stock is Classic Army. Metal, great quality, big improvement over OEM stock.
Shroud is aluminum CNC machined GSG522 shroud from the USA. Good luck getting one shipped to Canada, maybe the ITAR/DoC change will help going forward...

Did you lower the rear sight block. Does the gsg16 rear sight and 522 front sight line up with point of impact?

I’m still trying to get and then mount a rear drum sight...
 
Thanks for the info and your build looks great! Love seeing all the variations (and hearing what fits).

It seems the rear sights were out of stock everywhere, hopefully they start to pop up soon.

I think your exactly right! It’s the extracter being to loose...unfortunately since I got it from irg it will have to go back to the states to be fixed
 
Finally got my Walmart upper rail delete. I need to get some longer screws. So I can put some pieces of metal under the claws on the mount, and elongate so I can push them in a bit, so not on the very edge. Then finish it off with a HK rear sight.

No I don't got the light on the forearm, because it hits the shroud. But will fix that once I get the 9" barrel.

Anybody get their fixed stock or any stock from evike? Or is there a preferred place to get it? I'm reading mixed reviews about hero outdoors who are showing "in stock" items. Thanks in advance.
 
Just a heads up on anyone installing the short Dlask barrel. Was told to use the factory screw and not the HK push pins, if you use the push pin could draw some unwanted attention.

Tiger 111 is awesome, Hero took the order while not having any stock, I then had to call for a refund.
