The horror!

I would be interested in seeing some pictures of the old tools
if wood working stuff, old wrenches, no.
The single shot looks like a H&R or possible IverJohnson as
stated above. Double looks like one I have seen, but at moment,
I can't put a name to it.
Try some steel wool and light oil and rub the sides of the reciever,
you may find a name, sometimes not.
There should be some prove marks on the flats on the double .
As far as registering , a bare frame is suppost to be registered,
doesn't matter of complete or not, but I would not worry about it
for a while, till you see what is all there.
 
The gun in the middle is an Iver Johnson Champion with a homemade or whittled down forend. If you squirt some oil on top of the barrel over the action you may be able to read BARREL AND LUG FORGED IN ONE. That would be a positive ID for it.
