My JR needs the bolt recall done on it, it's one of the earlier ones. Any who, I phoned the dealer I bought it from only to find out that I needed to phone the importer to to get it fixed. They want me to ship the gun to them to get it done, is this really necessary? I hate to be without it for a few months. Can't they just ship a bolt to me? Or should I talk to JR in the states and see if they will ship me the bolt? Thanks guys

Btw the importer told me they had a lot of 45acp conversion kits coming hopefully within a month :)

I sent an e-mail to the JrCarbine manufacturer. They called me the next business day to get a few details and then sent me the new parts directly from there.
Unfortunately, they cannot send any other parts such as caliber conversions. :(

That's weird.
I've sent them about six emails with different questions about anything from aftermarket parts to lube talk.
Everytime I've always gotten long in-depth answers within 24 hours.
I thought their customer service was top-notch.

Thanks for the reply shooter. I emailed them a few times with no reply. Guess I will phone them.

I assume your talking about the "rapid fire" upgrade?

yup that's the one. Had it happen to me once, it was kind of a surprise. I phoned JR and they said they can't ship a bolt to me and to phone epps, phoned them and they are going to get the parts to me. Thanks for the help guys!

Btw epps were extremely friendly and helpful :)
