This is incorrect!!!!
The gun laws helped A) the terrorists accomplish their mission by killing as many defenceless people as they could before the police shot them down, and B) they helped the anti's in their quest to ban anything semi-automatic in California.
The gun laws in California (and in Canada) are there to insure that only the elite (read: rich and well connected politically) have the means to defend themselves from criminals and terrorists. The rest of us, well, that's just too damned bad. We're obviously not important in the grand scheme of things, especially since we don't have deep pockets to buy politicians with. (can you guess that I really, really, really DISLIKE
politicians?)
We should start a gofundme campaign in canada and outright just buy our in office politicians.
