The M-14's are in.

Any news from anyone? I rodered over a week ago, then added a couple items a couple days later and they had my order on file. But I haven't heard from them, they said 2-3 weeks when I ordered and I don't want to bother them as I hear they're awfully busy.

This wait is killing me...
 
well. He said at least 2-3 weeks before they start too ship!!.... but it is backorders first.
Then all the new orders that flooded in 2 weeks ago :)

Sure, they might get a start this week, but don't expect your order before they clear all the others first.

3 weeks would be DEC 10th Heheheheh:)
Then go from there...it would be a nice X-Mas gift....but don't count on it.

Thanks, I wasn't clear if he meant it would be 2-3 weeks before I got the rifle or before they started shipping. Oh well, the anticipation adds to the Christmas cheer, I'm almost as exctited as the kids this year :p
 
I called today to change my order, added another rifle:evil:, and it was mentioned that they were hoping to start shipping the new orders by Friday.

But.......... this was verbally over the phone and he sighed before he said it:(

soooo don't get your hopes up, the phones were quite busy.:50cal:
 
I WILL EXPLAIN, AGAIN;
The latest shipments from Norinco were over 6 months late....

We had a long list of back-orders from our customers....

In an effort ot be fair with all, we are filling, (have filled) orders in the sequence they were received, in other words "first in are first out"....

Another point that is not well understood, unlike some dealers, Marstar NEVER takes deposits on goods not in stock....

As for credit card charges, Marstar does NOT debit your card until the order is processed, invoiced and made ready for transfer then we complete the charge process....

We have been experiencing long delays at the registry, please bear with us, this is beyond our control....

Thanks for keeping everyone in the loop, it is appreciated that you stay at it and keep replying to these posts. I think everyone appreciates what you must be going through, but the anticipation of receiving the rifles seems quite high!

Please continue to keep us in the loop, and look forward to seeing that charge on my card! Happy holidays to you and your staff.

Marstar told me this morning that they had mailed all or most of the single orders and were working on the orders for more than one now. They are mailing them out tomorrow and Friday.
