the Massoud first vids i've found on you tube

Well, between this, the swiss sapr, the lwrc, the kel-tec.....if these all make it to the canadian market(hopefully non-restricted) it could be pretty interesting for buyers here in the market for a .308 black rifle. (un)patiently waiting :)

OH WOW...

I liked the second vid better...

Just would like to see the targets as well...

I'm into the 223 model for now though...

yeah i wouldn't mind both this would be a big problem for CFC seeing as the barrels can be rappidly switched with no tools like like some shot guns

i am intrested to see more from them will have to check magpuls you tube page some more though now nothing offical on the web site about it yet

Isnt the tool just "attached" to the barrel assembly?

How can the fact the barrel is changed without tools make a difference. I don't think that is stated anywhere that a rifle is restricted because you can swap the barrel out easy. The Massoud is a non restricted rifle if it makes it to Canada Period. Provided it has a 18.5" barrel or longer; as it isn't a variant of any existing rifle.

WOW I love that extra sound of power from the .308 compared to the .223 suprised there doesnt seem to really be much more kick, must have a very well engineered gas system, instead of just making everything bigger!

Well thanks to Bush leaving the ATF do whatever they want via exports, we wont be seeing any of this stuff unless someone drives across the border and walks the land of gray between laws, and again this would mean more G36/FN PS90/FS2000 pricing, in other words crap.

So forget about it.
