The most accurate .22 LR for under $1000?

Anschutz 64 or if you can find one, a Remington 541-S. I'd go with Anschutz. Spend a few hundred more and you get the rifle that slew the Winchester 52: the Anschutz 54. Get a 54 and you never have to look back and wonder.

If you like weaver mounts, the Weaver 15 bases for the 541-S fit perfectly on Anschutz with no offset. The ones (92?) for Anschutz rifles are offset and don't work as well IMO.
 
That Sako Finnfire Varmint in the EE,, Anschutz are nice aswell, CZ very well built aswell,, probably need a yodave tigger kit.
 
henry h001 shoots good right out of the box but its a lever action.. depends on what you want.. has a narrow base scope mount you need medium rings to fit short will hit the sites at least for me it did..
