The most bubba SKS I've seen

Sorry, forgot to respond but I thought that might have been the case too. I actually emailed the CCFR to find out from them if it was on the chopping block. They said that "The Scorpio uses the SKS receiver, and is not covered in the OiC. It is not banned".

I have been looking for one since then. Prices range from $800 to $1000 typically. One guy on ####### is trying to sell his $1450 even.

It is just a SKS put into an aluminum stock. They were unpopular when released. At that price point, I would rather go for a WKC for just a little more.
