The most fun to shoot! Not the prettiest, the most fun?

Most fun semiauto: Savage 6A and Stevens 87D. Very cool action and nice and accurate.

Most fun bolt: Cooey 60 and Savage Mark II G. Cooey for the neat action, accuracy, and the "they were better people back then" nostalgia; Savage because it was my first.

Least fun semiauto: Ruger 10/22. If this had been my first gun I would be an anti by now.

Least fun bolt: There is no such thing.

Little badger is the best $200 I've ever spent on a rifle. Very fun and everyone enjoys shooting it.

yep, hated the look when they first hit the shelves, then it was almost impossible to find anywhere, and now its one of my favs, kids to adults, everyone loves shooting that ugly little thing, and it fits perfect in my hunting pack for when i run across a few grouse, i can grab it and pop em!

contrary to MDF I'd say the 10/22 is lots of fun to shoot for many happy owners.if they were so terrible no one would keep them. i have heard some horror stories about the more recent ones as being made with lots of plastic.
the norinco jw-20 semi is also a great choice.

Did not find mine fun at all. Really soured me on the whole shooting sports. After a particularly disappointing day at the range with it I even considered voting for Shiny Pony, hoping he'd take them all away.

So it had to go.

My Mk2 FV is a blast to shoot.

Everytime I go to the range it comes, and comes with me everywhere "just in case" I'm able to shoot it a bit. Popping cans at 100m is a breeze with it.

Little Badger is also another fun one

For pure 22lr plinking fun, a lever or pump rifle is hard to beat!

For .22 semi auto it has to be the twin custom DLASK the accuracy and range from their short barrel is ridiculous, the second it have to be my son Henry golden boy, last but not least my three custom 22/45 Lite each with different triggers pull and features that will make it unique

Hmm...tough one. Shotguns usually put the biggest smiles on my face but for 22s? I'd have to say my CZ452 Varmint shooting modified CCI Blazer (Waltz hollow-point tool) at gophers, laying prone mostly. Next runner-up would have to be an open-sight, BRNO bolt action doing the same thing only walking around...shooting offhand.

Still looking for a Rossi 62 SAC. (blued, if anyone is tempted to sell theirs :) ) I've only had 1 pump and it was a Henry. Didn't actually care for it that much, as nicely made/finished as it was. I'll give pumps one more try, but it needs to be that exact rifle.

Lever action rimfire rifles are a hoot... buying new, I would go with a Henry Frontier H001T. Semi's are fun, but I get tired of blowing through ammo with mediocre accuracy... even when plinking... at the bench a good bolt action is the most fun... for hunting I choose short Carbine bolt action rifles, like this pair of Ruger Internationals...

Top two rifles are .22 LR and .22 WMR;

Cooey 39 had it since I was 10, grandad bought before my parents were even married. I have more accurate, quicker to shoot and shoulder rifles but it always tags along every time I go shooting somehow. I wouldn't trade or sell it for anything, too many fond memories with people long gone, and many life lessons that have made me who I am.

For pure fun shooting, .22's and autoloaders are a match made in heaven. A Gevarm is the rifle that really taught me to shoot, and will always be my favourite.
