The NEA rifles...who else is in the "Seen 'em" club?

We will be releasing pictures in July. We plan to visit a few of our dealers in Aug and hold NEA BBQ demo days where we will be raffling off product for wounded warriors at each event.

Sounds good NEA! Post some pictures it's July already....:)

Our NDT testing is actually done across the street from our building. They get pushed over in a hand cart...... which incidentally is where two more 14 and 12.5 NEA 870 barrels will be going on Wed.

What's the story on the 870 barrels? I'd love a 15 incher!

Modern Warfare 2? Let me know when your company gets out of the stone age and starts playing Bad Company 2.

... Just because ther boss is retro doesn't mean the employees aren't up on the times.

I'll be preparing a official release tomorrow with some images and specs. Time to let out a little teaser. Should have something ready for release by friday.

Any plans on a .308 or 7.62x51n version?

Man, I'm thinking long term here, but if NEA could come up with a .308, like a LaRue OBR but piston driven than could hold MOA, 16.5" AND non-restricted, I be all over that like a fat kid on a smartie! Our guns laws would have to change some, but that one gun would do me good for just about everything to 800.

Seriously though NEA has done an awesome job at moving slowly and methodically into the firearms market. Every step seems deliberate and well thought out. They have personally treated me very well with a problem I had with a small part. I commend them with their efforts and wish them every success in the future. Keep at it guys!

Based on customer feed back, we plan to stick with DI. As for holding MOA, it will help that our barrels have polygonal rifling. Don't hold your breath though on big cal NEA AR's. They wont be out until mid next year.

With that said, when our quad rails launch next month, the price is excellent and the design..... its like everything else we do, it has our unique spin. we hope that you will all be as pleased as we are. When i saw our first batch of extrusion for the rails...... i had to restrain myself from rolling around on them naked.......... i was that giddy.

I don't have that kind of self control :(

Haha I learned that if you roll around naked on your semis, make sure the action is closed. Especially on an 858 haha it leaves a carpet-burn like mark, kind of like when a really big rat bites your ass

This was right around the time I got a new girlfriend, so I told her it was from doing lots of situps on the carpet. Awesome comeback in my opinion, I even called her my angel when I forgot her name :D

*takes a bow*

Hey will the 76.2x51nato cost moar?

Will these new carbines be sold factory direct from NEA or from dealers?

In Canada, through our dealer network.

We are actually planning launch parties with several dealers where we will be on site with product for everyone to shoot (free ammo) and at the end we will be raffling off rifles with 100% of the proceeds going to wounded warriors.
