I remember reading a long ways back that the old South African dual mag tube fed Neostead 2000 pump action was going to be imported for civilian sales.
Did it completely fall off the tracks?
I know many of them were exported from South Africa to Europe for commercial sales to public.

What became of it? I always found the design very interesting. The whole thing coming in under 3 Kg. Overall length of 686 mm and pump action making it non restricted.
It's pump action making the full 12 shell magazine design fully legal in Canada.

Is there any possibility of this thing ever making its way over here?

Really!?
I wasn't aware any of them even made it into the country back then.
An FRT must exist for them I'm assuming?

Can anyone shed some light on the number of them in country and the history of them?
Who imported them?
Would love to try one out and maybe get one.

Del Selins had one listed for a long time, not sure if they still have it.

I have one, so there must be an FRT number. Unfortunately, the slide fore grip on it cracked - common problem, apparently. I can't get a replacement, so I'm basically SOL. Buy a Ketec KSG instead.

They are also wierd because you pump forwards, not backwards.

That's why you also need a KBP RYS shotgun, this way <backward> will be <normal> ;)
