The New 2021 Colt Anaconda revealed

Well if the new Python story is any indication, in about 1 year you will be able to get a new Anaconda few hundred under todays MSRP.

I have a (scoped) 8" Anaconda as well as a 6", obviously old manufacture. I prefer the 6" by a wide margin, and really think a 5" would be the sweet spot with the full lug. That 8" of mine would be fun for hunting deer or black bear, but you just about want shooting sticks for it! If I was hunting it, I'd actually be strongly tempted to remove the scope.

Anyway, new Anaconda, tempting, but think I need a 4.25" Python first. Working on that.

I've been stewing between a 6" or and 8".

I wonder if the newer Anaconda can regularly digest heavier Garrett loads?
Garrett company only recommended thier heavier cast 44 Magnum Hammerheads be fired from Ruger Super Blackhawk, Ruger Redhawk, Dan Wessons and Taurus Raging Bull revolvers.

There is something kind of cool about an 8" Hunter. Other then it weighs five pounds..lol.
