You got that right, and they're always "beyond accurate".

looking at the 'gunblast'pics, pretty sure i see 'model 80' in one.

Colt's updated its website, and the new Gold Cup page mentions '80' as the firing system.

It is confusing, though, because usually they have the 'series' in the model #, and the Gold Cups both have '70' in their #s.

Do you have some more models coming?

We do, we are pushing hard for better access to Colt production. I hope (as every year) that this year we are able to offer a better volume of Colt 1911s.
