The new CZ 25 round 22 lr magazines

I was happy to see that CZ now makes a 25 round magazine for 452/453/455, available in Canada from some of our sponsors! But I have heard through the grapevine that the 25 doesn't feed so well compared to the 10 round. I have a 22lr 453 that I love, and need to invest in more magazines for use in the gopher patch. Have any of you tried the 25 rounders? I'd love some feedback on function/feeding for 25 vs 10 round.

OP, I have the 25 rounder for a 22lr 455. It runs and loads just fine.

I bought one for this purpose...but mine is here in Ontario, my 452 Varmint in southern Alberta waiting for the 2018 gophageddon. I've checked the fit in my BRNO 2E, seems fine...but I haven't actually loaded/tested.

I feel the same way about the Savage Mark II magazines. The 5s are a pleasure. Loading the last couple rounds in the 10s is a pain in the thumbs

I too have one but have not gone into the pasture to shoot yet. Still in package, not sure how well it will work hanging so far under gun.

Just recently purchased a 25 rounder for a CZ452 Lux that I picked up and am holding for my wife until her PAL shows up in the mail. First time I loaded it I could only get 23 into it. I emptied the mag, pulled the bottom and sqeezed the last coil flat and reassembled. Holds 25 now and has functioned perfectly although it has only been cycled a handful of times. Looks kinda odd hanging off the bottom of the Lux lol.

I don't even like loading the ten rnd mags. In the patch, shoot a few, one in the pipe, five more in the mag, all is good. The little critters aren't shooting back, no cover fire required. Bigger mags take longer to load, no time gain.

I just ordered an extra 25 rounder from sfrc for my new 455 american red. I enjoy shooting more than filling magazines.
Bullseye london had a huge number of them in stock. Al flahery's had them too.
