As i mailed another gun I sold tonight i was remembering those that are no longer in the safe, some of which i miss some I don't.

Two i wish i kept are: two tone Sig p226 no rail and stainless Taurus Raging Bull. Don't even remember why i sold them :/

FN FAL

Coulda, shoulda, didn't back in the day. Still kicking myself even though it would be a safe queen today.

Lee Enfield Jungle Carbine decades ago, bought very cheap from a pawn shop. Ammo was cheap gun was great but moved overseas and it went bye bye😢.

S&W 4506, I sold it to build a Chip McCormick race gun, always regretted it, but just bought a S&W 645, the first 45 ACP S&W ever made, and like it more than my 4506

H&K P7M8, bought it NIB a long time ago for $600, sold it 1 year later for $600, worth a little more now I think.

As my trader rating shows, I’ve bought and sold a lot of guns here over the years. Most of the guns I’ve sold were to buy something I liked better, and even though I wouldn’t mind getting any of those I’ve sold back again I don’t really miss any of them, except one oddball case—a specific SIG Stainless Carry 1911. That’s not really a unique or unusual gun, but the one I had was almost magically accurate, even more than custom 1911s I’ve owned costing three times as much. Alas, I didn’t appreciate it at the time and sold it. I’d really like to get that one back someday.

A Ruger 220 Swift made in the 200th year of American Liberty.

And a model 29 with 8 3/8 barrel. First gun I used in Production Revolver IHMSA.

Oh boy where to start.....Any lever gun I sold in the past 20 years, you know, you get a hankering for a certain thing and you find it, then it goes away for the next thing. A Browning B92 in .44 Rem Mag is a memorable one, not seen one since I let her go for $500!. Henry .357 Mag, Chiappa 92 .44 Mag, Marlin .357 LE #1 MK V paid $100 for!. P38 ByF 44 in holster in excellent condition with history, Many many others. Sniff.

Sig P229SAS in .357 Sig
Dan Wesson Commander Bobtail in 10mm
I miss the weird calibers. Sold them because they were expensive to shoot but now that I’m older and more financially stable I regret not having them in the safe. Cost to replace them just turns me off from doing it considering the price difference now.

Oh and the 1943 M1 Garand I sold for 950$ at the time and thought I made a huge profit on. I’m not a smart man.

i wish i didnt sell:

Colt Python
HK p7m8
Walther PP Super

also, i had so many CZ-858/VZ-58 over the years, and of course at the time of the ban, didnt have any on hand.. now i really miss it and really hope for another chance to get one.
