Direct to M-LOK would be your best bet for the X22.

For a regular hunting rifle probably the direct to 1913, if you are able to install an adapter on a stud it would be the easiest solution.

Is there such a device? I have a few adaptors that go from 1913 rail to bipod stud for Harris bipods. I haven't seen anything that goes the opposite way.
