The new setup (It's all coming up Milhouse)

:p Thats a roll of packaging paper in front of the mossberg shotgun box, in the background.

ahahahahahah!!!!!!

I had a second look...and though it might be a "optical illusion"...but the inventor in my is always looking to little do dads that people add to their equipment.

You could have had way more fun with this...:D

Actually, you know what else I might be doing wrong with this setup too, is that I may be overpushing when priming the cases. To me, it just doesn't feel fully seated unless I use one hand to grab the bench, and the other to operate the ram.

Am I overdoing it? After an hour or so my arms actually hurt a little

My press is Blue not red...but they appear to work the same...

When I was loading on a 550...if I was giving it a bit too much seating the primer...the primer would have an obvious crease in it...so I'd switch to decaf and keep going...

I did that at first also, I also find now with the case feeder I have to operate the press way more smooth including the primer seating to get everything to work the best, you will after you get used to it take it easier on the primer seating...

I also found loading .223 to be a little tricky, if you ever start to do them you will find you have to be even more precise with your movements as the cases are much taller and prone to tipping, I have loaded .357 with little to absolutely no problems but the base on a .357 is big enough that you have to use the large feed tube...

Thats funny I was doing the same thing. My other progessive press is a Lee 1000 and it doesn't have the leverage that the LNL has.

I think you may have over done it.
