I haven't gotten a chance to see it in person yet but considering the quality of my SRVV ASPIS Tactical Plate Carrier which has provisions for soft and hard armor, I have no doubt the Thorax will be part of the stable.
 
I have gotten all my SRVV articles through AI Tactical, they have even done add on special item orders upon request. Great Customer Service with delivery or in house pickup. You could order from SRVV Russia, but it seems there website is not secure.
